Then the courses at Art of Dao and the Shu Jian Association are just right for you.

What can you expect in the courses?

• We always start with exercises to prepare.
• Depending on the program, theory and basic exercises are then carried out.
• If the group is ready for more, we finally learn the 1st form in the old framework.
• A new figure is dealt with each week.
• For advanced students there are additional courses for the 2nd form, various weapon forms and partner exercises (Tuishou).

In addition to the regular courses, I also offer training for individuals or small groups.

This form of instruction is particularly suitable for those who:

• cannot attend the courses at the Shu Jian Association
• prefer an individual teaching pace
• want to make faster progress
• need additional corrections and assistance
• do not want to learn and practice in a group for personal reasons

Training locations:
Indoor: Nearby the U4 Metro-Station Hietzing
Outdoor: In the Schönbrunner Palace Park.

It is also possible for me to come to your home or work. In this case, however, I will have to charge you for the travel time.

Prices for individual lessons:
First training: € 60,-- for 75 minutes
Block of 5 (60 minutes each / valid for 3 months): € 300,--
Block of 10 (60 minutes each / valid for 6 months): € 570,--
